As soon as we receive your order, the first thing we do is confirm that the product’s inventory is available. If the quantity you ordered is not available, we will let you know immediately.
Standard orders will incur no shipping charges when shipped via ground transportation in the continental United States only. Some professional development titles, special orders, rush orders, or unique order requests may require a shipping charge. Orders requiring a shipping charge will be verified and agreed prior to processing the order.

We do not accept returns unless there is an error with your order. If you receive a misprinted or damaged item, we will exchange the affected items at no cost to you. We ask that you please report any order issues to us immediately upon receipt of your order. Claims need to be filed within 30 days of shipment receipt.
Purchase Orders: The Chapters Group accepts POs from educational institutions and government agencies. All POs are subject to credit approval. POs can be faxed, emailed or mailed to our offices. Please include your quote number (if applicable) and a valid email address and primary contact for correspondence.
